This year moms celebrate Mother’s Day on May 9, 2010. Usually it is celebrated during the first Sunday of the month depending on which country you are from. We all know how important our mothers are in our lives. It is simply our way of giving back and thanking her for everything that she has done and sacrificed for the family.

Mothers from all around the globe, look forward to this day because usually their family prepares something special for them. Dad would prepare some breakfast for her in bed, the eldest sister could give her a massage, or treat her out for a spa. The older children could do the household chores and errands for the day so that mom could just relax and enjoy that special day especially for her. Then, we have the youngest member of the house, the toddlers or the babies. Even though they are still young they could also prepare some gifts for this special occasion. If you shop around, you will find a lot of mothers day gifts for toddlers that are easy to use by little children.

These are pre-made gift sets that has everything you would need in making a gift. All you have to do is help your child to participate in making them. Some are simply a set of paints and products wherein the child could leave his or her handprint because they cannot write anything yet. You could also help the toddler to write a short message for mom. Or simply writing his own name after the pre-written message is good enough for mom.
