My sister’s elder daughter gave birth to a cutie pie baby son and they named him James. The best thing I think I liked about the whole thing was selecting the baby gifts. It was ages ago that me and my picked up stuff from the baby stores.

Online is definitely the new and exciting world because when we had our three children we did not have had the joy of searching online. There are a lot of online designer and boutique stores that can literally do anything for you. I looked around and found some great stuff for the gift basket that my wife was preparing for the newborn baby gift and we included a lot of stuff including these four things.

We ordered personalized onesies and Long johns from a boutique shop. We also got some nice cool hats with the initial “J”. Again my brother was getting the crib and the bedding so we decided on the clothes and the diapers.

Talking of diapers everything from diaper cakes to diaper wreaths are available. I placed an order for a four tier diaper cake from one of the online shops. I know I know there are instructions available on the internet to do this. That is what my wife also told me however I am not that Do-it-yourself guy so I went ahead and ordered. Diaper cakes makes you think of cakes for eating. Hmmm !

In fact I was tempted to buy one of those baby gates for the newborn. My wife then suggested me that these really should be for the parents to buy plus the baby is barely a month old and he would need those baby gates in another six months or ten months from now. So my idea of a baby gate was tossed out.

Gift baskets are the best thing as then you can put a lot of small thingies in proper coordination.
