As I was looking for the valentine lyrics for my wife and wanted to sing to her I found out that there was a band by the name Bullet For My Valentine and they have two main albums which have been released till now and those are the Poison and Scream Aim Fire.

The group has a history so to speak and is of course different from the Valentines day history but yes in the two albums they have released they definitely have made history.

They are group from Bridgend Wales and have been in the business now since 1998. Their original band name was Jeff killed John and that was later changed to Bullet For My Valentine when they released their first album The Poison in America on the Valentine’s Day in 2006.

The second album has been scream aim fire released in 2008.

The band has a record with Sony BMG for five years and they have a deal with Visible Noise in UK.

Overall a very good band in my view though for the people who want something more romantic on the valentines day for their valentines they can use some other lyrics but a lot of people who are into Metallica sorts can definitely use this music to enjoy the song Tears Don’ Fall .

Cupid is synonymous with love and that means that as Valentine’s day approaches we definitely need to be aware of the God of Love called Cupid.

Venus the mother of Cupid was jealous of Psyche and ordered her son to punish Psyche but instead  Cupid fell in love with Psyche.But Psyche was a mortal being and was forbidden to look at Cupid. On the insistence of the wishes of her sisters she looked at Cupid and that act caused Cupid to leave her.

As she was all alone she while wandering came upon a temple of Venus and Venus was trying to punish her so she gave a box to Psyche and asked her to go to underworld and get the beauty of Proserpine , wife of Pluto into it.

She was give strict instruction about not opening the box but temptation overcame her and she opened the box which caused her to be in deep slumber

Cupid found her and took her sleep and put it back in the box.This undying love of the Psyche with Cupid caused her to be forgiven and she also became a goddess.
